What This Means for You

When your order is out for delivery:

• An adult (18+) must be present to sign for the package
• The carrier will make multiple delivery attempts if no one is available
• You can track your package and arrange delivery times with the carrier
• Packages cannot be left unattended without a signature

We understand that signature requirements may not be convenient for everyone. If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, you may do so by acknowledging the following:

• Your package may be left unattended at your delivery address
• You assume all risk of loss, theft, or damage once the carrier marks the package as delivered
• Firecreek Leather LLC is not responsible for packages reported as lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery
• You will not file a chargeback or dispute for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier

Delivery Alternatives

If signature delivery is inconvenient, consider these options:

• Hold at Location: Have your package held at a UPS Store, FedEx location, or post office for pickup
• Delivery Instructions: Provide specific delivery instructions to the carrier through their tracking system
• Alternative Address: Ship to your workplace or another location where someone can sign
